Q.

I am mother of 10 months baby.. can i start simple exercises for flatbelly.. does it disturbing the breast milk supply?? plz suggest mam

A. If you have had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with a good amount of work out that whatever suits you but you should not cut down on to your diet because the moment you do that you will start losing on to your breast feeding
