Consume more protein rich food,
Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet.
Fresh fruits, dairy products.
Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding.
Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet to boost breastfeed. Consult a lactation specialist. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Good luck and take care
