Q.

I am lekhaa shree from vellore I am 24 yr old I have 2 month baby my feeding is not more so I am giving formula milk nanpro excellent in my baby born 10 th day I will start 30 ml 3 time per day And 1 month I will gave 60 ml 6 time per day now I am giving 90 ml 4 time per day but my baby will increasing a weight weekly 50 to 100 g only

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to give anything to the baby other than mother’s milk till the age of six months. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk. Thanks and take care
