i am lactating mother, can I take liquid biotin to control my hairfall ??

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi Yes you can take biotin supplement for hair loss along with that, also take enough proteins in your meals like milk, egg, paneer, soya chunks Add green vegetables, fruits & nuts daily.
