I am in my second month of postpartum , I am not getting sufficient Brest milk for my baby what do I do improve my Brest milk ? and my baby wait is not increased from birth time

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, take adequate fluids n Protien rich food.. preffer Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules, this wil helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it morning and night with hot or cold milk.
