I am in my 32nd week of pregnancy can I start using Birthing ball? What are the pros and cons of using birting ball?? My current weight is 90kgs.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no don't on your own.ask doctor.See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

U Can use it if you want to it is just in exercising ball and Dr say that if you can use it in the right manner then your pelvic opens in a better manner and the chances of normal delivery or much more brighter than that but you have to balance yourself properly on the ball it’s very tricky so do it under proper professional guidance
