I am in 35 week of pregnancy and got under the weather with bad cough and cold. I am taking steam and gargles but cough is getting worse. What should I do as I cannot take medicine? #asktheexpert

A. Yes you should take a medicine but before that you have to consult your gynaecologist because during the time of pregnancy we do not recommend to take medicines without a doctors advice as it can have an impact on your health pregnancy your child so please consult your doctor
