I am having very bad stomachache .But I don’t know the reason.The pain is in the whole stomach.what should I do?

You should not pregnant or not lactating then you can take a good painkiller of your choice if you have any available otherwise you can take Cyclopam that would help in reducing your stomach pain but if you have a possibility to visit your doctor nearby
