I am having twins one baby boy n girl, weight is not increasing as per the age. pls suggest diet fot the same.

Hello mom it’s very important if the children are active rir hai age and able to have their diet which are well balanced .. as children by the age of one year they tend to triple their birth weight and then yearly they gain about 2 ro 4 kgs and a little variation is acceptable
