I am having twin babies. They were born in UK in their 30th week with 1.300 and 1.100 kgs respectively. I am back in India and my babies are having frequent cold and cough, fever after starting solids and not gaining weight up to their age. They are now 1 year and 3 months and their weight is 8kg. What I need to do??
