Get checked for sugar as many times high sugar also cause extreme hunger
Also lack of protein and very low diet can cause frequent hunger
You are feeding mother too so u need to have a healthy diet
Include protein with every meal like milk, paneer, tofu, soya nuggets, oats, quinoa, beans, dal, sprouts, chicken, eggs in any form u like
Always start lunch and dinner with salad
Lack of water too leads to frequent hunger
Have atleast 12-14 glasses of water everyday
Chew your food properly
Reduce biscuits and other bakery products

Ru A feeding mother or are you a pregnant woman you have not given me any details about yourself but if it is in the normal scenario that you’re feeling so much hungry then you should get a check with your doctor because this is definitely not a good sign if you keep eating like this it will become obese in no time
