Q.
I am having 2 years old baby and am conceived for 3 months now ...had some bleeding problems in earlier stage and now it's resolved...shall I carry my baby who s abt 12 kg?

eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

but you should be careful, as no weight lifts, careful with stairs, no long standing.. don't suddenly get up if you are lying or sitting..
take rest as much as possible..
