Q.
I am having 1 month old baby how can i know my milk is sufficient for baby or not I am getting very less milk in order to increase my milk I have tried everything like methi cumin water eating egg almonds papaya daily drinking milk can you please help me with it

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hi, If you have a good supply of milk then after feeding the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry.
