Due to harmonal changes ,sleepless nights,handling new born,sudden change in lifestyle all these effects,pressurise you.
So dont worry about post partum changes ,organising home just say this is temporary schedule for baby feeding,diaper changing ,hygiene ,having healthy foods,stay hydrated.
Sparing small self time like having meal peacefully atleast once a day,listening to music,outside walk,nature heals you.
Take your family help while doing baby chores have a nap,listen to music,evening walk .
Take experts help consult doctor or there are groups tp deal with Post partum depression .
