follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.
Avoid stress , take adequate sleep

Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
It's all normal and common due to hormone changes
It will correct soon
