I am getting periods before date ... this month I got 5 days before. Is there anything I should worry about??

A. Write Your Answer Here Normal menstrual cycle can last from 21 to 35 days. According to that getting your period five days early is absolutely normal and not a matter of worry

A. there is nothing to worry about if you get your period 3-4days or a week before.. some time because of much of physical activity or work or stress you will get period before.. I always get my period before 4-5days of my date.. take care..
