after delivery my periods is before date

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. having irregular periods after delivery is totally normal but since you are having the regular periods it's just changed few days before then there is nothing to worry about and no medication is needed

When you deliver the child hormones can change to sometime some see the problem that the period cycle may increase suppose it is 28 days now it is going to be 30 days and sometimes it could be 25 days or less depending but it is normal if it is every time happening at the same time with a particular gap and it’s not a problem
