Q.

I am getting my periods on 26th day from 3 months instead of 30 days frequency. is this normal? I am 32 year old now.

A. Mami progressing age sometimes and even after delivery sometimes a lot of women have little bit of change into the hormones which is why the period cycle can change but if now it has been constant to 26 days and it is not a problem because there is no problem with the periods now your hormones are set to that
