I am getting excruciating pain like labour in my abdomen from past 3-4 days and the pain is only increasing and revolves the gas causing much pain..Also there is vaginal and anal pain while passing urine and motion. pls help

A. Hi parent The cause of pain could be of variety of origins. So better to consult your gynacologist or a treating physician once. Take easy to digest food Observe one time fast if possible Takeo more probiotics than milk Take sunbath daily
