Hello ma’am If your doctor has prescribed this medicine knowing that you are a nursing mother and you are feeding a child then you can have it otherwise it would be advisable for you to re-consult your doctor before you go for any kind of an allergy medicines because they have different components and certain that they cannot be very healthy for a child as well
