I am feeding mother of 1 month baby girl can i take code liver oil capsule in my diet. is it any side effects on my feeding or my baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can have omega 3 fish oil capsule while breastfeeding. You should also have nuts like walnuts and chia seeds, flaxseeds. These are good sources of Omega 3 fats.
