I am facing hair-fall and thinning issue. I don’t know what to do? During pregnancy my hair was very thick and healthy. My baby is 2.6 years old and i had c section. Please suggest me something to control my hairfall

but it alright by the time
just avoid taking stress as it can cause more hair fall
apply warm coconut oil and two drops of castor oil daily on your hair
use gentle shampoo or mixture of amla,aritha and shikakai powder for washing your hair
