I am facing fecal incontinence after giving birth especially after i am having milk..what to do?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once with your gynecologist in person and follow the prescription after that and also best way to fight this is do kegel excercise on daily basis.
