I am facing extreme pain in my breast from 2 days due to which i am unable to feed my 2 month baby..

mayuri.vMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi doctor. today my breast felt like a stone and had so much pain, felt like mild fever,took dolo and it's relieved and pumpedout milk from breast when I had same symptoms with my 1st child my gynic gave me some antibiotics,is it necessary to take antibiotics if I get pain or fever again ? plz let me know any alternative

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. that is need to exam in physically at present take paracetamol for relief of pain. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
