I am diabetic from last 2.5 years ..plz share the diet

A. Hello mom , you can take small frequent meals instead of taking heavy meals . Be mindful of what you consume and avoid sugary and processed and refined foods. Take salads with your meals or about 30 mins before your meals . Fruits are very much essential though limit high sugar fruits such as banana , chikku , custard apple , mango etc Prefer whole grain cereals and pulses , sprouts and vegetables, limit on root vegetables such as potatoes etc
