I am delivered normal birth to my son, but still I am gaining weight please suggest good diet for me

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom weight gain after delivery occurs due to hormonal changes as well and also due to diet that one consumes as you do require some calorie to balance it for you as well as for the milk production.
Be mindful of what you eat and avoid processed and sugary and Refined foods
