Q.

i am breastfeeding mom of a 3 months baby. in my one breast 2-3 block milk duct came in upper area and armpit and it’s starting pain around breast. even though feeding from this it’s not going back. what to do please help

A. mujhe bhi 4 month tk hua delivery k bd me baby ko feed krane ke bd hot water bag use krti thi relief milta tha usse and ek br gynaecologist ko btaya tha to medicines bhi li thi ek week tk fr thik hogya tha or bnd krdi vps to fr se hone lggya tha lekin uske bd mne continue nhi ki m hot water bag use krti thi apne aap thik hone lggya tha kuch time bd..nhate time bhi aap garam paani daliye usse bhi relief milega

A. If it is under your arm or on the side of the breast it can be associated with other issues also as of now you should just massage into warm compress the lump is formulated in that case you can check with your gynaecologist
