Q.
I am breast feeding my one month old baby. I got lump in my left breast which is not getting fixed from last 7 days and its has now started paining (little) as well. Any suggestion hw can i get rid of it.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while feeding your baby. If the problem persists consult your doctor to clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice. Good luck and take care.
