I am breast feeding my child who is 2 year 2 months old . I want to wean him off. But whenever I try, I get breast engorgment and feel a lot of pain. My friend suggested that I should have warm towel sponge and also shall sqeeze the milk out of my breast. Is it recommended? As I feel that the milk won't dry in case I keep on squeezing it.
