just try to remain active and do squats when you reach 38 weeks which will help you get the normal delivery very early and normal delivery has a pain only for that day after that there is no complications so think about this

Go for regular check ups ,,ultrasound in third trimester as per doctor advice as growth scan is advised in 2nd trimester and also your due date is near by...
Check for amniotic fluid level,blood pressure ,normal scans adviced in last trimester.
Engage what makes you happy music,book reading,any hobby which calms you dont get anxious,stressed which impacts on baby so be positive ,positive thinking ,positive vibes do miracles...
