Q.

I am a new mom, my baby is 17days old. Due to flat nipples he doesn't latch properly, Also after the delivery milk was not segregated, so doctor advised to give formula milk. Once I started to produce milk, using nipple shield, I started to feed him since he doesn't latch. Since the milk supply is not enough, he take FM of 30ml per day. So I started to pump and feed after BM. Some says we should not pump until 6weeks. please advise me.

A. the mother there is nothing like that if your child is taking your feed after pumping there is no harm in it at all you should stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular intervals and you will be able to provide a good amount of milk to your little one you must also start adding Jeera in your daily diet and make a mixture of jaggery and jeera Soute and have it regularly for with hot glass of milk for having good supply of breastfeed
