Maam you should have plenty of fluids also you should take iron calcium and multivitamin for at least six months that will be really helpful because with a small child with older child mother really get stuck between that routine and she has to follow so I can understand your concern so try these things and have proteins in your diet which will help in giving you more strength and energy for weight right now nothing can be done but yes if you eat mindfully then at least your weight will not increase and try to increase more of fibre is in your diet
