HomeQuestions & AnswersI am a mother of twins aged 13 months
I have a question about feeding the babies with solid food.
the baby boy drinks more milk( almost 1 litre a day) and less solids.
the baby girl drinks less milk and likes solids.
currently the meal plan is
morning - milk
Lunch- rice and dal with veggies paste
mid afternoon- milk
evening - rava kheer with milk and jaggery
around 8_9 pm - the boy is feeded with cerelac 3 scoops and the girl with milk
10 pm - girl is fed with cerelac 5 scoops.
11 pm before bedtime - milk boy drinks 300 ml and girl drinks 180-200 ml .
Please suggest what all changes should I make in their diet and the proportion as well. Also how to make the baby drink less milk and more solids.

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom If you baby drinks less milk and more meals that is very good. Now you baby is more than one year old and you should try that your baby also start taking more meals comparatively to milk. Because milk kills the hunger and also affects babies appetite. If your baby will take 500 ML milk in a day that is more than enough. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
