Q.

I am a mother of a four-month-old baby. Suddenly, my breast milk supply has reduced. I am currently taking Galact granules and tablets to increase breast milk, but nothing seems to be working. My breast milk supply has been low from the beginning. What kind of foods can I eat to increase my breast milk? Also, other than that, I often have to give formula to my baby. Is it okay to do so?

A. You should actually start consuming jeera and fennel seeds water in the morning and final seeds water you can have through the dates will help in keeping your body cool try and have plenty of fluids and fibre and protein in your diet and if nothing works out then formula as a very good substitute to be used
