I am a mother of a 4 month old my problem is i feel very week and have leg pain whole day as m exclusively breastfeeding my child can I take this capsule as supplement m not on any other medications kindly help me with the same

If you are a breastfeeding mother then you should not take any medication until it is not prescribed by a doctor. So you have to first consult with Dr then only take any medication. And if you are not breastfeeding your baby then you can take any type of medication there is no issues with that.
