I am a mother of a 3 months old baby and not breastfeeding. My period has come 35 days ago and has not come yet. What could b the reason

A. Hi New Mom, Do not worry, after delivery there is a certain change in the cycle of period. Take protein rich diet.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and irregularity in periods are very normal after delivery and please use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy and also have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet. Take care
