I am a mother of a 3-month-old baby and I am in the breast feeding phase so can I take protinex powder with milk?

You can take whichever powder you would want there is no problem at all different powder are available but if you genuinely want to take something healthy you should ask your doctor advise with the best one that you can take and that’s going to be much much better for you to use
