Q.

I am a mother of a 1 year old formula fed boy. I have started cows milk as per the advice of my paediatrician. My son is able to drink cows milk from a glass. He is refusing to drink the same from a bottle. I want to be able to give him cows milk when he wakes up at night from a bottle. I would appreciate any advice on the kind of bottle to use. Thanks!

A. Dr Vandan Kumar - Did you actually read the post? I want help with bottles ONLY at night. My son is able to drink from a glass during the day. No issues there. I don’t want to disrupt his sleep. That is why I want to give him a bottle at night. Please advice on the brands and types of bottles. Not on the situation. Thanks

A. use a bottle or sipper it is not advisable to give bottle feeding to the child because in the long run it can lead to infections as well as can cause problems in the the tooth eruption of the child. it is advisable that you should go for either katori spoon feeding and later on with the help of a small baby glass feeding or sipper feeding.
