Q.

I am a mother of 7months boy baby. After delivery I have put a lot of weight and my stomach has come out. I cant control my food carvings due to breastfeeding. What can I do to reduce my weight and to get flatter stomach?

A. Even if you’re lactating mother you should eat in moderation you cannot go on eating like how you are saying because initially I agree for six months and exclusively breastfeeding you eat a lot because your body gets used to eating a lot but now you’ll have to cut your meal into small small portions you can eat every two or three hours but in small portion so that you’re hunger and cravings are also satisfied and you are losing onto your weight and if it is possible for you then cut out on your sugar completely because sugar is one of the very big reasons for making you gain weight if you quit sugar for a month or two biscuits and whatever you eating sugar all in all and you will see good results within a month or two
