I am a mother of 5.5month old baby. Yesterday while sleeping he was making weird sounds (dard se keherna) kinda.. is it normal??

Kids usually only have stomach related issues and they say so maybe if your child was crying that it could be a pain in that region for which you can give medicine as this is the most common problem that you would come across in kids in this age of medicine would be helpful
