i am a mother of 4 months old baby after delivery i am having a extreme hair fall.pls advise the solution.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. supplements of iron and calcium and vitamins rf sHair fall is very common after delivery and during pregnancy also sometimes because of harmonal changes it may continue even up to 1 year but ultimately will get back the hair no need to worry

You should start with proper supplements for yourself including omega-3 and also I would advise you that you should start applying onion juice into your scalp thrice in a week keep it for half an hour and wash it try using products which are completely chemical free
