AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy11 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please masaage your hair with BabyHug coconut oil and leave overnight. Also use a sulphate free and paraben free shampoo like MamaEarth shampoo to wash your hair. Use a good hair serum like Skinayu hair serum. Please eat a vitamin E rich food items and avoid maida oily or outside food items. Drink Shaadmani blue fusion green tea which is really good for hair and skin.
You can do hot fermentation using hot water bottle. Also you can eat ‘kamar kas’. You can do back stretching exercises but only under a professional yoga teacher.
