A. if you are not feeling well can take paracetamol for to me being. drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. take adequate rest n sleep. take care.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby breastfeeding as usual nd also you cn give your baby breastfeeding at the time of fever too and it is safe for your baby. take care
