I am a mother of 1yr 9 month old baby.My baby is still breastfeeding..I hv become very thin is it due to breastfeeding? What should I do to gain weight?

Hello If you really want to be gaining the strength as previously it was and you have to quit breastfeeding as that’s the most important thing it should just important for initial one year after that it is practically of no use so you should quit and then start having proper diet you should consult a nutritionist correctly how do you need to go about it
