Q.

I am a mother of 18 months old baby, he doesn't take enough solid food and i am still feeding breast milk, if I stop giving breastfeeding does it effect on him

A. you may stop breast feeding gradually, not in one go. Don’t give liquids like milk or juices before meal time. Give him a normal food in small amount, in frequent intervals.
