I am a mother of 1 year old son... he was on exclusive breastfeeding... now I give him solids along with breast milk... I don't take any irn supplements.... but from few days i am experiencing extreme weakness... is it because of breastfeeding? kindly guide

yes ,as breastfeeding burn out more calories it might happen because of it
but please take Healthy and nutritious diet to overcome from this
it is important
avoid taking outside food
take high protein food items more
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
