Q.

I am a mother of 1 year and 9, months old baby's mom, I want to get back in my normal shape so what exercises I do, before delivery I was 69 and after delivery I was 84 what can I do ? I was also have Hypothyroidism? can streching exercises can harm my stitches becoz I had a c section.

A. Okay so now since you have crossed a good mark to your C-section also you can go for Surya Namaskar that will be good and if you genuinely want to get into the shape I would highly advise you to quit artificial Sugar stay on The natural Sugar of fruits that’s not a problem and then you should do intermittent fasting for at least 12 hours to 16 hours start with 12 slowly move to 16 which will be very helpful and any other exercise of your choice but just confirm with your doctor
