Q.
I am a mother of 1 year 10 months baby. I feel very weak from last few days. There is very pain in my heels. Plz suggest me any solution or some vitamins by which I get relief from the pain.

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Be physically active as much as possible.
