Q.
I am a mom of a 7 month old baby. can I add cow milk while preparing ragi porridge and other porridge. I have heard we should not give cow milk until 1 year for the baby. But my parents are asking to give cow milk.

You heard it right you cannot give animal milk to the child before completing the age of 12 months so I do suggest you the same but if you want to make a delicacy for the child then you can always use Amul Taaza basically toned paste milk is going to be the best option for you to use as of now
