Q.
I am a mom of 7 month old baby, please suggest a food chart for my baby so that she can get rid from constipation.

To get rid of constipation always make sure to include good amount of liquids and fibres into the diet of the child no matter what the age is that’s how it is going to be good so currently you can start with rice water and all kind of fruits and vegetables
